How does hypnosis work for weight loss?

During hypnosis you are placed into an extremely relaxing state of mind. You may think you are sleeping but you are not. It will be similar to the relaxed state of mind you experience just before you fall asleep watching a television show or reading or just daydreaming.  During that state when the conscious mind steps aside, I will speak to the subconscious mind.

During that time, I will make suggestions which your subconscious mind will accept. Therefore, you will naturally and permanently lose unwanted pounds by accepting suggestions regarding portion control, appropriate food choices including snacks, drinking more water each day and exercising at least 30 minutes per day and eliminating unhealthy foods.  You will release yourself of the diet/binge cycle and become more self-confident and finally accept your body.  Diets are difficult because they expect your willpower to do all the work. This is very hard when presented with your favorite calorie laden dessert.

The nice thing about hypnosis is you do not have to eliminate your favorite foods if you do not want.  Instead, you will have control when eating them. YOU, and the hypnotherapist will design the hypnosis session the way YOU want it.  Hypnosis plants the seeds of confidence to say no “I will not eat desserts or I will eat only a small portion of the dessert.”  Suggestions made to your subconscious makes willpower easy.
