Will Hypnosis Help Me?

Hypnosis will work for you if you truly want to change a habit that is negatively affecting you.  If you want to stop smoking, lose weight or change any other behavior that you have been trying to change for years and have not been able to, then hypnosis will work for you. If, however, your spouse, parent or other is telling you that you need to quit smoking or change a bad habit and you really do not want to, then you are not ready. You should wait until you are certain you want to change that bad habit for you and no one else. In that case hypnosis will be 100% effective.
